We have 8 funeral homes in Costa Rica, strategically located to provide timely assistance anywhere in the country.
Each location is equipped with spacious, modern, and comfortable viewing rooms, with professional and caring service 24 hours a day.
We also offer six funeral packages that adapt to the different needs of Costa Rican families.

Crematorios La Piedad

At La Piedad we offer cremation services located in Heredia, San José, and Desamparados.
Our facilities meet all environmental permits and include special rooms to accompany the process.
The furnaces reach temperatures of up to 1000°F, allowing a respectful and efficient procedure in which the remains can be returned in approximately two hours.

The caskets used are biodegradable, reaffirming our commitment to sustainability.

We offer three options for preservation:

And a range of cremation packages: Diamante, Esmeralda, Especial, Jade, and Oro.

Psychological Support Unit

One of the most human aspects of La Piedad is our Psychological Support Unit, created to accompany families after the farewell.
We offer weekly grief talks streamed on Facebook Live every Wednesday at 7:00 p.m., along with in-person workshops led by professional psychologists and a toll-free line: 800-AMANECE (Monday to Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.).
